• The Asbestonim Landscapes project in Jerusalem, a 30-story tower that combines residences, commerce, and employment and public buildings.
• The Tikvatenu – Developing Jerusalem project, which combines residential, commercial, and employment and public buildings in a strategic location at the entrance to the city.
• The Beit Shemesh LeDorot (“For Generations”) project, a ground-breaking multi-generational mix of uses, introducing a new design standard in the city of Beit Shemesh.
• The Hadar project in Tiberias, which includes the development of a commercial center next to a luxury hotel, combining preservation and development in the city of Tiberias.
• An active commercial center in Be’er Sheva, fully occupied.

Mr. Rosenthal began his business journey at the age of fourteen due to challenging family circumstances, exercising resourcefulness and initiation in order to provide for a family of fifteen people.
Through courage, determination, and constant learning, with an emphasis on human relations and hard work, Ilan was able to complete complex and successful transactions at the very beginning of his career.
